RUTA 90 Free is operated by Claves Del Exito from Guatemala. This policy applies only to the free ChatGPT plugin, its MCP tools, and the six-question risk-check pages.

Information you provide

The plugin may receive a short, high-level description of an operating concern when you ask about crew costs, contract profitability, or cash flow. The website records only the answers you select in the current browser session. No account, email address, or financial document is required.

How information is used

Information is used only to generate the requested preliminary orientation, operate the service, prevent abuse, and maintain security. RUTA 90 Free does not sell personal information or use submitted symptoms to advertise products.

Sharing and service providers

Requests are processed through OpenAI and the hosting and security infrastructure used to deliver the service. Those providers may process limited technical information under their own terms and privacy practices. RUTA 90 Free does not intentionally share user-submitted symptoms with data brokers or advertisers.

Retention

The RUTA 90 Free application does not create user accounts or store submitted symptoms in an application database. Hosting and security providers may retain standard technical logs according to their operational and security policies.

Analytics and controls

The website asks for consent before optional analytics or advertising scripts run. You may reject optional cookies, clear browser data, close the page to discard the current answers, and avoid entering sensitive or identifying information.
